Conference Registration and Hotel Information
The registration fee is $525.00 for a single person, $500.00 each for multiple registrants from the same Cathedral. Mail in registration is preferred. Please make your check payable to ST. JAMES CATHEDRAL and send by December 1, 2023 to:

Please note that hotel reservations MUST be made separately.
As previously indicated on this website, the special rate for the conference hotel ended on December 8th, 2023. Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando Downtown (the conference location) has been filling up and is near capacity at this time. We are providing the following information on other hotels in the area for alternate accommodations within walking distance. Registration remains open for the conference.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
A refund of fees paid, less $50, will be made upon receipt of written cancellation before December 15, 2023. After December 15, no refunds can be given.
EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR DISPLAYS
Please bring along examples of your own publications – magazines, fundraising materials, orders of celebration – to display and share with your fellow participants. There will also be displays from vendors around the country with books, religious articles, vestments and more. Please make time to visit our exhibitors.
